This reviews concerns the performance of the reception staff. The receptionist's service was horrible, as she ignored me, who wanted to check-in. Plus, her performance was very slow due to her inability to deal with a group of people. Overall, the hotel is satisfactory, as it offers a beautiful pool, clean bedrooms, and very helpful restaurant staff.
